DELIVERY

 

Delivery or ordered products are done by PostNL.

 

• NETHERLANDS Euro 6/order (3-5 workdays)

• EUROPEAN UNION Euro 12/order (5-10 workdays)

• INTERNATIONAL Euro 28/order (over 14 days)

 

Available orders are processed and packed within 2 workdays, plus the additional time for delivery.

RETURNS

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days or purchase for a full refund minus any delivery or shipping fees. Returns are accepted only if products are not opened, damaged or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in their original packaging. Return costs are the resposibility of the customer.

No products may be returned to Gabi Silasi without the prior written consent through e-mail.

CANCELLATION

As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded amount of your order to their account the order originally was paid from. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to returns policy.
